幼少時代からピアノを学び、クラシック音楽の環境に囲まれて育ちながら、言葉での会話する事よりも音楽で表現す
る事が得意である事に気付き、自然と作曲も初める。現在は作曲の他、作詞、編曲、トラック制作をこなし、その独特なメロディーラインや、三拍子を多用した進行でIRUMAならではの不思議な世界を表現する。
いずれのジャンルにも当てはまらないが、ゲームやアニメの世界や物語を想像させる事が多く、幻想系シンガーソングライター と称して都内を中心に活動中。
ライブではゴシックやロリータの衣装でのライブパフォーマンスや、世界観を重視した演出で見るものを飽きさせない。
また、グリム童話に登場する金色の髪長姫”ラプンツェル”の愛称を持つ。
海外からの人気が高く、各国のJ-POP紹介サイトや、ラジオ局などから多数のインタビューを受け、ロシア、スイス、メキシコ等のライブイベントにも招待される。 その他に、楽器メーカーROLANDのデモンストレーターとしても活動中。

She learned piano and composition from her childhood. She moved to Tokyo alone aspiring for a career as a musician.
She covers composition, lyrics and arrangement. Her melodies based on her classical music background catches listeners' ears and remains for a long time. She is especially good at triple time songs creating her own world.
In her concert, audience never get tired with her performane in gothic-Lolita costume. She went to Russia in February 2009. And play a live show in Moscow and St.petersburg.In May 2009, she went to Switzerland too.

ファーストアルバムのギターアレンジを担当したことがきっかけでギタリストとしての活動を開始。
現在はギター演奏の他、様々に暗躍。

He is cute and little boy.
In concerts, he wears a big hat.
His performance is very strong and sometimes in a delicate and patient way he meets IRUMA's demands. It is regrettable that we have only two pieces with his performance in "IRUMA" He performs other pieces in my concert and gives them variations. He is good at computer and digital equipments and joined my recording and arranging work. Recently, I leave him most of the mixing.

Since she was a child she was good at drawing.
IRUMA asked her to design the CD jacket and it got very favorable responses. Everybody who saw her illustration asks me who drew it. She is the only one who can express my music graphically.

This is the work by me and other two singers.
I composed all the music and NEMU plays the guitar
and he is also doing the rhythm arrangement.
The motif of this CD is "Yandere".
What is "Yandere"?
Well, it's dismal, gloomy and freaky type of girls
you are familiar with in Japanese animations and comics.
"Yandere" girls get obsessed to the men they love extraordinary.
In this CD, the Heroine of a fairy tale who is "Yandere" sings their feelings.
