DJ Mi-I a Jamaican uprooted from Japan, is presently recording tracks for his upcoming album. His works with acclaimed Jamaican producer Horace Hopeton Campbell has produced singles such as Give Thanks, Judgement Day and Righteous Way recorded at Double Lion Recordings Studios in Jamaica. Some singles have already received airplay on popular Jamaican Radio Station, Irie FM.His style of conscious music pays homage to Reggae greats and mentors such as Bob Marley, Brigadier Jerry, and Garnett Silk. DJ Mi-I has performed on shows featuring U-Roy, Charlie Chaplin, and Jah Mason, he has performed both in Jamaica and in Japan.
