About me:

I write poetry and I am a student of Philosophy and Theology, unofficially. I also work with people with chronic and persistent mental illness and have an autistic son who is sixteen years old. Life, midway, continues to challenge me and my perceptions. I love to learn, cook, sing, read, listen to music, garden, walk and keep in touch with friends and family. I am headstrong and I DO NOT like it when people try to define me or make me conform. I have suffered great losses in life but I appreciate what I do have more and more. I hope to find peace in life and help make it better for others too. I feel called to fight injustice and stand up for those who can't speak for themselves. I long to travel in the future.

    Michael Jackson will always be with us... through his music .. God have called him to Duty in heaven, and Michael have left us to recieve his wings, and take rank in gods Mighty Kindom. Music is a special part of our physical and spritual lives.... it's the very connection that bonds people from one part of the world to the other. We must realize that all of us will be called home one day... and that's how God planned it. We are here a short while and then we return to our true home.. a home that can never be taken, seperated, or broken into. And the creater is right by our side to protect us day and night... Michael you are truely a star, because your brightness shines beyond the heavens..... rest in peace... and we will see you soon....     We wanted to stop in and say hi. We have a few updates for you. We have been working on our new album. Our first single off of it is on our myspace page. It is called "Your Body", go check it out and let us know what you think. We love hearing the feedback. If you have Facebook, feel free to add us on there as well. Just look up Makeshift Innocence in your search tab. There is a fan page as well as a friend page, feel free to add both up. We are on as often as we can to talk with fans.     What if someone told you that they wont give you a record deal because you sound like someone else. That's what happen to me. The voice i have is the voice i was born with, it's the very voice God gave me from birth. So how can someone say that becaues of who you sound like i wont support you. I was heart broken , but i kept going because of friends like you who heard my music and insisted that i coutinue to write songs , and proform.. please take a moment to listen to my music, and if you like a song please support me in my effort to move forward with my career in music. You be the judge you decide; do i have what it takes; Does my muic sound just as good as anyone's else music.
