Ellen Miller is the owner and CEO of IsoBreathing Inc. She founded the business originally called Body Shaping Inc. in 1994 when she moved to Louisiana. The company was renamed IsoBreathing Inc. in 2002. Ellen is a certified Fitness Practitioner and Personal Trainer and has been teaching obtainable lifestyle changes for over 20 years. Ellen writes and produces fitness DVD’s of the IsoBreathing program. The DVD’s are now being sold at the Barnes and Noble in Mandeville and Body Sugaring USA as well as through the IsoBreathing website. In 2007 she released IsoBreathing’s volume 4 and a CD Total Body Relaxation. In March 2008 Ellen has released her two newest items -- IsoBreathing’s Exercise for the office and IsoBreathing presents Stretches for Knitters and Crocheters. Recent speaking engagements include Volunteers of America, Retired Postal Workers and Mandeville’s chapter of AARP. In March 2008 she has spoken to American Association of University Woman, Business Professional Woman and Pelican Athletic Club. She will be married 30 years next month to Alan a Professor at Tulane University and has three grown children. Ellen is also the Managing Area Director of BNI for Southeastern Louisiana and Gulf Coast Mississippi. She oversees 32 chapters and 640 members. She has been involved in BNI for the past 5 years holding many of the leadership team positions. Ellen has also been an ambassador, assistant director and area director. These days she lectures on Networking, How to grow your business and Setting goals. Her hobbies include Knitting, Pottery, Baking and Reading.

I have been married since 1978 and I am the mother of three. I started Body Shaping Inc. when I moved to Louisiana in November of 1994. I then relocated to St. Tammany Parish in June of 1996. In May 0f 2002, Body Shaping Inc changed its name to IsoBreathing Inc. I saw a need for an innovative program to satisfy a variety of ability levels. My program is targeted toward those looking for a non-intimidating, one-on-one atmosphere. In 2006 Isobreathing was a recipient of the Innovator of the year award, through city business.
