Philip de Gouveia's ISFAHAN CALLING will be at the Old Red Lion Theatre, Angel, 24th Feb-14th March 2009.

This production has seen the launch of Iso's Mentoring Programme, a company of emerging artists and practitioners who will write, produce and perform a curtain raiser 30 mins prior to the start of ISFAHAN CALLING on 6-8th March.
The Iso's youth theatre for ages 14-18 is currently rehearsing Dennis Kelly's DNA to be performed at the New Wimbledon Theatre in April. The group are directed by IsoAssociate Director, Carissa Hope Lynch, and IsoAssociate Artist, Ben Craib. COMING SOON
This summer, the Iso will, for the third year, manage and deliver masterclasses for visiting students from the University of Oregon.

Finally, the Iso is hard at work developing a scriptwriting project for schools which will feed into a new play for professional production.

Iso youth theatre based at New Wimbledon Studio produced BURYING YOUR BROTHER IN THE PAVEMENT by Jack Thorne (SKINS, SHAMELESS, FANNY&FAGGOT) in early February 2008. The show transfered to Hampstead Theatre' s Michael Frayn Space as a part of National Theatre's New Connections festival in June 2008.
The Iso also delivered University of Oregon's London study abroad programme with masterclasses with practitioners from Frantic Assembly, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, Shunt, vocal coach Neil Swain (Sweeney Todd) and Iso's very own director Mel Cook.

New shows of "I kissed a frog and it gave me herpes" are starting this Thursday (4th Oct) and will be going on every Thursday at 7pm. As you know, it's just 30 minutes long and free entry with a great karaoke after (for those of you brave enough to stay)! Should be a laugh and we've got a new cast now, Anna Victoria, Ronan Summers and Joe Grant.

I just thought I would say that I thoroughly enjoyed the plays on Wednesday evening. Very entertaining and thought provoking - some cracking writing, well directed and a great cast. You're not likely to see anything better on the fringe.

ECSTASY Soundtrack Seeking Submissions For Deadline: June 30, 2007
What: ECSTASY film producers are looking for bands and artists to submit songs for consideration to be included in the film and soundtrack. The winners will have their song in the film and on the soundtrack.
When: Deadline for submissions is June 30, 2007 @ 12 midnight.
Who: Artists on the soundtrack: Paolo Nutini, Iggy Pop, Bob Marley, Supertramp, The Undertones, The Chemical Brothers and The Stone Roses. ECSTASY's cast includes: Erica Durance, Billy Boyd and Richard E. Grant.
