About me:
ISO-Studios the trading name of 2M Digital Media Ltd, a company owned and operated by Sanjay Madan and Brian Marshall, both of whom have extensive experience of working in and operating photographic studios over a number of years.Established in 2008, ISO-Studios have been specifically set up to provide professional standard photo/video studio facilities to professionals and amateurs alike. Our aim is to constantly develop and improve both the studio facilities, equipment, sets and our own expertise thereby ‘raising the bar’ to which other studios must now aspire and in doing so improve features and facilities throughout the local industry for both photographers, videographers and models alike.
We believe the studios are the largest facilities of their type currently available within the Yorkshire region. Based on the third floor of a former wool warehouse near Forster Square Station, Bradford, the studio premises in total cover over 4000 sq. ft. with over 2000 sq. ft. being dedicated studio areas, the remainder being corridors, reception areas, kitchen, offices, showers, toilets, a sauna(!), model changing rooms, washbasins, locker room, props and wardrobe store. We also have a goods lift which we hope to use to bring a motorcycle into the studio for a future event. Many of these areas can be used for shooting as well.
The primary shooting areas are divided into three separate studios:
Studio 1 - 940 sq ft
Studio 2 - 760 sq ft
Studio 3 - 440 sq ft
Studio 1 will, in time, offer a green-screen chroma-key photo/video facility as well as an infinity curve and several interchangeable room sets including a dungeon, a classroom, an office, a casino and a bedroom. At present it is a completely flexible open space with natural light in abundance.
Studio 2 currently offers a Colorama backdrop set with several backdrops available and a mirror wall. A green-screen chroma-key photo/video background is already available within in this studio if needed. Interchangeable room sets will also be featured in this area. In time we hope to be able to put in place a raised stage/pole dancing area. With that in mind, Studio 2 also features an iPod compatible Hi-Fi system.
Studio 3 currently offers a white brick/textured wall backdrop. A graffiti wall is imminent with a further flexible room set to follow.
We have a selection of Interfit and Elinchrom lighting units with various brollies, reflectors, softboxes, wireless triggers, lightmeters, tripods, etc. etc. with more to follow. Having just about completed the decorating, we’re now turning our attention to set building. This will be an on-going programme over the coming months.
We also have a highly experienced resident professional make-up artist who can be booked at additional cost to add a further touch of professionalism to your shoot.
