Currently reading my psych books! Reading for pleasure doesn't happen anymore unless it's the kids books - sick to death of the fucking Magic Key.
Heroes
Don't really have any - the odd person I admire but not enough to class them as a hero.
Ever wondered why those total twats that deserve to be thrown in a cell full of lifers never get anything worse than a parking ticket or the occasional bout of food poisoning??? No??? Well I have. It amazes me how many people who deserve 37,000 different kinds of shit always seem to come out smelling of roses and have perfectly normal lives yet those whose worst crime in life is to be ‘different’ get shit from every side. Maybe I’m cynical, who knows – my lecturer certainly thinks I am – all I know is that life’s a bitch and then you die.
I'm a tad jaded and bitter but I'm moving past that, life really is too short to hold grudges and I've got far more important things to do with my time than play games with children.
Currently a resident of sunny old (!) England but I'm planning on moving to the land of kangaroos, koalas and cheap booze as soon as I finish my degree. Our aim is to swap the UK's crappy social policies and education system for the similar crappy social policies and education system (only with warmer weather and again, cheaper booze - not that I drink at all, cause alcohol is evil (!) but Hope will appreciate the cheaper alcohol).
I'm a criminology and psychology degree student with ambitions to be a parole officer (again, in the land of cheap booze) - guess only time will tell if that comes to fruition but there's nothing wrong with a little ambition. Got 3 kidlets and a fantastic girlfriend, rapidly reducing credit card bills and a desperate need to go to the gym on a regular basis - please note that's not a desire to go, more a need to go. I WILL have thin thighs again!!.
I'm scared shitless of cows (unless they’re served rare off the grill), heights and 6ft pink bunny rabbits but bikers, tweakers and guys with big guns don't intimidate me. Say the wrong thing to me and I’ll bitch slap you into next week but on the whole I’m fairly easy going – Jack has a lot to do with that, and vodka – gotta love raspberri vodka (or so I'm told, as I don't actually drink, remember!!).
My older two kids are involved in Taekwon-Do, the older one is heavily involved so I'm often found watching (with great interest) as grown men hit each other and draw blood. The youngest has got the filthiest mouth you've ever heard and can make a squaddie blush - she's only just 6 and I fear for the future!!
Who I'd like to meet: The guys who quality test sex dolls - can guarantee they've never met an actual female in their entire lives.
