La musica dei DEBU è il risultato dell’unione di molti fattori come arrangiamenti musicali, ritmi, testi e scelta degli strumenti musicali che insieme vanno a creare sonorità davvero uniche.
I ricchi intrecci di questa armoniosa fusione vengono attentamente tessute come le trame di un elegante ed elaborato arazzo, che in sè stesso non rappresenta la destinazione finale, ma piuttosto indica la via verso qualcosa di lontano e distinto dal regno delle armonie e degli arazzi tessuti.
Ogni canzone è molto diversa dalle altre. Secondo molti appassionati e amanti di musica in generale che hanno ascoltato i DEBU, la loro musica non può essere paragonata alla musica d’altri gruppi, eccetto che nel senso più generale.
I DEBU infatti non seguono un particolare trend musicale. La loro musica ed i loro ritmi sono un’armoniosa combinazione di molti stili diversi e di varie tendenze musicali. Si può veramente definirla una musica di carattere internazionale.
La musica per loro rappresenta la diretta e pura manifestazione dei belllissimi nomi di Dio. È per questo motivo che la musica è stata quasi sempre usata dagli Sufi nel corso degli anni come mezzo per accendere il fuoco dell’ amore nel cuore di colui che cerca. La musica in sé è una forma di poesia senza parole ed è anche il mezzo che trasmette il messaggio racchiuso nei testi. Entrambi si complementano l’uno con l’altro. È come se la linea fra musica e poesia fosse quasi impercettibile in quanto le due si fondono in un una perfetta unione.
In tutti i poemi vi è il medesimo punto focale, una sola unica meta che ha come destinazione l’eterna unione con l’Amato. Non esiste niente o nessuno che possa soddisfare quest’anelo del cuore tranne quest’unione. Questo di per sé è lo scopo dell’esistenza e la più completa e pura forma d’adorazione.
