Hakkımda: IT'S THE MONEY SHOT!! was created in May of 2006 with the goal of posting a song a day. Since then, the goals have changed a bit, but the blog is still going strong.
Music featured on ITMS!! ranges from electro/hip-hop party jams to mellow indie/experimental ditties. No genre is barred from being posted about, and there's no judgment over whether you make your music by playing instruments or just playing around with a laptop.
As of November 2007, ITMS!! is featuring a doodle for every band featured on the blog. Samples of such doodles can be found in the pics section of this page, as well as on flickr.
Where did that name come from?: The blog was named after a quote from a friend. She exclaimed, "It was THE MONEY SHOT!" She meant to say "jackpot", and many jokes about ejaculating on faces were made afterwards. The name of this blog produces search results for items such as "Vanessa Hudgens Moneyshot", and you'd imagine that individuals who do such searches wind up sort of disappointed. But only sort of.
