| General | I love fashion!! Always have- I originally wanted to major in it, but my heart was set on Musical Theatre! Plus the fact I didn't quite have the grades or SAT scores for a school (very few I will add) that offered both fashion and theatre! I thought-if the stage never happens again-perhaps i would be behind the scenes as a consultant,wardrobe something or other...anyway I digress. Have had a love of hats for most of my life. Except for those awful wool hats that tied under the neck(hated 'em) for those outrageously cold winters in New York.When I did not excel in Mathematics or History-I made up for in art! Any art! Singing, dancing, painting, drawing, pottery...ANYTHING!!
Used to collect 'Seventeen' magazines . Should have kept the ones I knew would be collectors items now...oh well, So much for having a well preserved Whitney Houston. | | Music | All of it!! Well, mostly all. I always liked the word-Eclectic. Don't you? Oh don't be so closed off-country music can SO grow on the worst of critics...I worked at a dude ranch! Was forced to listen and grew to really appreciate it. So I know!!! If I can become a fan...Anyone can! How 'bout a little luv for Reba??? | | Movies | C'mon!!! I am not writing this list! Wanna go see a new one to make our new favorite,favorite?? | | Television | LOST!!!!! You don't know what you're missing if you are not watching it.

"Curb Your Enthusiasm". Greys Anatomy, Sopranos! Most of the HBO shows. Have not been going too crazy with ALL the shows-but these are my faves that i usually must watch. The others I do try to catch up with to see what's what. I have now tried watching "Heist" twice and have shut it off within the 1st 10 minutes. Sorry-if you like it... | | Books | Could use a vacation to actually read one...any suggestions? Hawaii? Paris?? Oh you thought I meant a book! How Silly.

About me:
I am here to promote my hats! And soon to come- handbags. I have also been making baby blankets,But prefer to stick with the hats, scarves and bags. Way more creative.But should you want something different- I can do my best. I will have a website soon...but I thought what better site to send people in the meantime. Myspace-of course!!!
I have other samples-just write me with your e-mail if interested and I can forward you some other ideas, as there are only so many pictures I can actually put up here. BUt will change them frequently. And for the men-I do make the male beanies in a lighter material.
Hope you like what you see. I love to making these crocheted pieces. My Grandma taught me how, when I would visit Florida as a child. We used to have arts and crafts day when we were rained out and going to the pool just wasn't an option.
I began giving these hats as Birthday gifts to see how they would go over. I gave advice to many other friends that they should sell their creativeness and I finally decided to take my own advice.
I will take requests-tell me what you want and I will put my own special flare into it. THANKS FOR STOPPING BY.
