I tend to read a lot, I'm decent with computers, and I like sci-fi
Music
I mostly listen to Tool, and sometimes Metallica, though not as much as I used to. I love the sound of Evanescence, and people have told me to listen to Lacuna Coil. Starting to like Alice in Chains a lot too.
Movies
I mostly like sci-fi and fantasy, though more as an escape, as I actually don't like it when it's dependent on special effects to hold interest, as opposed to a good plot/story.
I come from a family of actors, and have done a little myself, so I try to appreciate how an actor/actress goes about playing the part they have
Television
Don't really watch TV much, though I like Mythbusters
Books
Same with movies, mostly Sci-Fi and Fantasy, though I'll read other stuff as well. Worked in a library for four years, so I'm familiar with a lot of authors, though I may not have read them.
Heroes
Anyone who accomplishes what they set out to do in life, or those that try.
Happy Day of your Birth, my beautiful friend. I hope this day holds nothing but warmth and happiness for you. I'm sorry I missed your call this morning, I was sleeping still. I'll explain it to you later when you call me back; after 9:01 of course. :) I miss ya, and you've been in my thoughts today. Know that I'm very appreciative for today, because if you had not been born on it, I wouldn't have such a wonderful friend. Try to stay positive and enjoy it. Once you get to be an old fart like me, birthdays won't hold as much joy. Ha! :hugs:
So, I'm really sorry that I couldn't talk long last night. I hope you slept well, and that you're holding up okay at work today. Call me later please, we should talk about your day, and well, anything really. You're good at easing my anxieties.
I just wanted to let you know that I really do appreciate the fact that you text me so much, and you actually seem to enjoy it. You always know just how to add a little smile to my day. You're a great friend, so don't go away or anything like that. I'd have to hunt you down and be malicious.
Class was pretty boring today, and I have to write a summary over three chapters by Wednesday. In FRENCH! I think I'll do okay, but I'm not really sure it will be spectacular. The test over chapter four is Monday, and I dread that too. It's a lot of material, and sheesh, we both know how well my memory works.
Okay, I guess this is probably pretty long for being a comment but I don't care. I'm in a rather verbose mood at the moment, and I'll enjoy holding the title of "Longest Comment on Ian's Profile". YAY ME!
