you are at the MySpace page of Lyrikal Lojik aka Lojik, Tha L. Dot. Lojik was born in Easton, Maryland, so she has to rep her birthplace but she grew up in a small town of Mansfield, Ohio. Lojik, the artist, was born in August of 2001. a young girl raised in the church, Lojik found hip hop through her brother, Dubois aka 'Lynz'. always hearing Tupac, Biggie, Nas, Jay-Z, and other various hip hop legends around the house courtesy of her brother, Lojik was drawn to the addictive beats and the stories woven through rhyme. she began to mimic what she heard and quickly excelled in her skill. after only 6 months of rhyming, Lojik put out her 1st CD, entitled "Lojik: Mind Of a Menace", a mixtape released only amongst friends and compiled mostly of R&B which received great reviews. a year later, she released "The Mind: The Tour", all the while honing her skills. this got even more rave reviews, even amongst people she DIDN'T know. with "Hands Up, Hands Down", which she made a video for and got played on Atlanta based radio station V-103, Lojik was recognized as a force to be reckoned with.
now with the release of her first street mixtape "It's Tha L. Dot! Vol. I", Lojik is breaking down more doors for herself. already she is recognized as one of the best female MCs in the Midwest, her music (with the help of the internet) reaching from the Promised Land to Australia. taking part in a street mixtape released in Cairo, Egypt with the Egyptian based hip hop team Madd Skillz Empire, Lojik got great reviews on her rhymes even more than her voice, which she takes pride in. In 2005, a demo of hers got to Bad Boy's Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, so Lojik knows that her time is coming soon. if you ask Lojik her dream, she'll respond without a beat, "To shed light on the world about the little city in Ohio squished between Columbus and Cleveland: Mansfield. This city has more talent than any one would ever realize. I'm here to put my city on the map."
these days, Lojik is about to try her hand in building something from the ground up, heading to Georgia to pursue her dreams of becoming one of the most prominent female figures ever to be bred in the entertainment industry. Atlanta better dust off they notepads and make sure their pen works. she'd like to thank all her fans, from Ohio to Egypt to California. "Without the fans, I am nothing, and i realize that, but i'm not changing myself for them," Lojik comments on people supporting her. "This is a Midwest movement. I rep for Mansfield, Ohio, the Midwest, and femcees. All are underrated. For now."
a firm believer in Jesus Christ, her personal Savior, Lojik has a heart to do what's right. "I know if i keep God first, there is nothing I can't do. Even though i'm rappin' 'bout bein' in the club or what goes down in the hood, my life is my ministry and testimony... God gave me this gift, and I'm gon' share it with the world."

Cystic Fibrosis: is a hereditary disease affecting the exocrine (mucous) glands of the lungs, liver, pancreas, and intestines, causing progressive disability due to multisystem failure. Some of the signs of Cystic Fibrosis are salty tasting skin, appetite but poor growth and poor weight gain, excess mucus production and coughing/shortness of breath.
Cause:
CF is caused by a mutation in the genecystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR). The product of this gene is a chloride ion channel important in creating sweat, digestive juices and mucus. Although most people without CF have two working copies (alleles) of the CFTR gene, only one is needed to prevent cystic fibrosis. CF develops when neither allele can produce a functional CFTR protein. Therefore, CF is considered an autosomal recessive disease.
