 The Spivs are a group of friends who met through their love of the music of Ray and Dave Davies of The Kinks.
They are not a typical tribute band - they record Kinks songs in their own style. They do not make any money out of it, nor is it their intention to do so, they just do it for their own pleasure and that of their friends.
They urge anyone who listens to go out and buy the many great albums by The Kinks and the by the Davies brothers as solo projects.
Geoff Murrell is lead vocalist with Nameless and The Who tribute band Who Are You (previously with G-Mark)
Geoff Lewis is keyboard player and backing vocalist with The Fingers (previously with Frightened Eyes)
Olga Ruocco is an actress and drama teacher and one of the best-known Kinks fans in the world.
