    I'm a metal head at heart and apparently that's never gonna change.

    Ozzy, Sabbath, Metallica, Megadeth, Judas Priest, Slayer, Biohazard, Lamb of God, AC/DC, Suicidal Tendencies, Slipknot are what I listen to most and usually as I'm headed for the gym.

    My tastes are wider than that but Metal makes me happy so I listen to it most.

The fact that I am a Marine is so emphasized because my training as a Marine is what eventually returned to help save my life. Marines don't fail...ever! This mindset is what guided me back from a very dark and very painful place.

My disclaimer: I'm not a doctor and I don't offer any cure. I don't think bipolar can be cured. But it is a disease I liken to starvation. As long as you eat, you are always cured of starvation. That's how hard it is to stay sane using my methods.
