   About Ivan Lee
Hey All -- Welcome to my MySpace page!

I am happy to announce that my third solo CD "Arcadia" is making its way out into the world! Arcadia is a 14 song all solo Acoustic Guitar Instrumental CD highlighting a bunch of my more recent compositions. To start, this will be only be available at shows and as a Digital Distribution using (Ivan Lee on Bandcamp). This is a neat new format for posting and selling music on the web. You can listen to free 128kbps mp3's (not the greatest sounding but you will get the idea :-)) or for a minimal fee (you can give more if you want) you can download the files in every quality right up to lossless! Pretty cool I think. As a test I have put all my CD's up there and am starting to post songs (think music blog) from my next CD "A Simple Mind" as well. For you traditionalists there are also links to getting the actual discs from CD Baby for the first two (Acoustic Massage 2004) and (Finger on the Past 2008). So check it out and let me know what you think!

On top of this I am truly excited to be a part of the band C3 (formerly known as the Steve Ball Roadshow The Band C3). Lots of Steve's wonderful original material, some of mine, a whole bunch of original takes on some covers and a killer sound system (three BOSE L1 sticks) to finish it off. Three part harmonies and interlocking arrangements --- truly a unique trio!

As always I also love to sit in and fill in with some other talented players in town like Creeping Time, (The Band Confluence), Drew Dean and others.

Keep an eye on the Calendar and come out and enjoy some live music !

Some projects have worked on........
Woody Russell -- As Simple as That -- Recording
Larry Murante -- Waters Edge -- Electric guitar on a few tracks
Acoustic Massage -- Ivan Lee solo CD -- Played and recorded
Finger on the Past Eye on the Future-- Ivan Lee solo CD -- Played and recorded

Ivan - Great playing...*as always*...with Confluence tonight! You elevate the whole experience to another level, and you're just plain fun to play tunes with :-)

Looking forward to checking out C3 next week in Woodinville - I'll bring my mic.

Here's to future musical projects...and more time to pursue them! ~ Elaine

My Name is Larry
I reside in Hi Hats
when you least expect it
I'll grab you by the hand
and together we jump
fearless and naked
catching all off guard
inspiring them to do the same

So good to run into you at A# a while back, as well. Outstanding sounds here. Your playing, always exceptional and the recordings are just stellar. Love "Rubber Ball", wow! Be well, my friend.
