Hi Ivan! A "little bird" told me you might being see Burle this weekend! In fact, ironically I heard about that the same day that I had your Dobro Tutorial DVD out and was practicing with Burle's dobro. Sweet!!!

After pre-release tours in Colorado and Georgia, Dehlia Low’s new full-length cd “Tellico” will be presented for the first time in Asheville this Thursday at the Grey Eagle ($8/10, thegreyeagle.com)! Several cuts off the new disk can be heard on at www.myspace.com/dehlialow and live takes of a few of the songs will be performed Thursday afternoon on WNCW 88.7FM. Thursday night’s show will also be a chance for those of you who didn’t make it to Merlefest to hear Lyons, Colorado’s own Spring Creek Bluegrass Band, who are also preparing to release a new disk next month. Dehlia Low will also be joined by “Tellico” producer Jon Stickley of the Shannon Whitworth band. We hope to see you out and thanks for supporting live, original, and local music. CD Release Poster! We are going to do a tour in california and oregon with our band the Tennessee Studs together with Portland based band Whiskeypuppy from march 21 until march 28. March 28 we will play in the Alberta street pub in Portland. Are you around then?

Would be fun to meet man! My Clinesmith, which I won't bring along by the way, really rocks!

Hey Ivan,

I missed seeing and playing with you so much this year at Sorrento! Then was heartbroken you weren't at the wedding. boo hoo. I had a good summer...rambled, taught and played all over. Come on up to Gibsons sometime and lets play some fiddle and banjo! yeah...dobro too man.
You got a new CD and I want it baby. Tell me how to order it from you and I will. Sounds good.
