iVardensphere’s goals are simple: the creation of music that will make you move. Judging by fans’ rabid reactions, it’s working in spades. With a fierce blend of dance floor punch, thick analogue sound and tribal influence, their music takes you over.
Based in Edmonton, Canada, a hotbed of industrial activity, Scott Fox splits his time between teaching music engineering, writing for iVardensphere and DJing the notorious club nights SICK and Das OOntz. Soon after the completion of the first album, “Scatterface,” Scott enlisted the talents of Chris Lacroix to help bring the project to the next level: live performance, where the band shines. iVardensphere has been constantly active on stage, having performed with acts ranging from Apoptygma Berzerk to Iszoloscope to 16Volt and Chemlab at such places as Das Bunker in LA and the Kinetik Festival 3 in Montreal. A Summer 2010 North American tour will see the band hit a wide range of cities and venues all across the USA and Canada.
Upon being heard for the first time by Vancouver-based label Synthetic Sounds, iVardensphere was immediately signed. “Scatterface” was released across Canada in July 2009 after Sebastian Komor of Icon of Coil mastered the disc. In true industrial fashion, a limited edition of the CD consisting of plates of metal bolted together was made and sold at live shows. On December 5th of 2009, “Scatterface” made its way Across the Atlantic on one of Europe’s leading darkrock and industrial labels, Danse Macabre Records.
A remix disc entitled “Remixes Vol. 1” was released on February 16th 2010 by Synthetic Sounds and featured remixes from Komor Kommando, Memmaker, Left Spine Down and others.
iVardensphere has already come a long way in a short amount of time. With no limit in sight, Scott and Chris have begun work on the follow up to “Scatterface” that will see release in late 2010. The band continues its march towards global takeover... so prepare yourself to hear and see them on a dance floor near you!

Hey Scott and Chris! I'm loving the remix album. It hasn't escaped my CD player since Monday morning. Well, except last night. Christina bought LSD's Fighting CD, so we played that. But it's back to the remixes this morning.
