Ivory Coast is a contemporary jazz band based in Cullman, Alabama. The band was started in the spring of 2008 when Mike Lunsford (keyboards/piano) approached long time friend Dave Dubberly (drums, guitar, programming) about the possibility of forming a contemporary jazz/fusion band in North Alabama. Initial demos were recorded with Rob Wright on guitar and sax in the summer of 2008. Currently, the band is completing what will be its final line up of players, so check back for updates frequently.
