About me: New Haven’s nightlife scene welcomes a new entrant,as the The Ivy Lounge, the city’s most handsome club and lounge, celebrates its grand opening. Located at 956 Chapel Street (rear) in the Temple Plaza Courtyard at the site of the former Backroom Bottega, the three-floor lounge has undergone extensive renovations to emerge with an entirely new theme and vibe.
With a completely redesigned interior, The Ivy includes a two-level bar and lounge along with a downstairs club featuring New Haven’s most talented DJ’s. The third floor lounge features a more intimate and tranquil setting with private party availability and balcony views.
Unlike other area clubs, The Ivy Lounge has a decidedly adult-feel, starting with its 21+ admission policy and continuing through its extensive menu of drinks and delights. Also: We are now open Tues- Fri for lunch and dinner, and Sat evenings. Come in and try our NEW FOOD MENU by Chef Greg Martell who has come to us from New York City to dazzle us with his culinary masterpieces, or check it out on our website www.ivynewhaven.com. The Ivy is open Tuesdays thru Thursdays from 11:30am to 1:00am, and Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30am to 2:00am and will feature a weekly lineup of live entertainment, including DJs, local talent, jazz, and the renowned Salsa Wednesday.
