International Wrestling Australia (IWA) has been one of the busiest most exciting acts on the local club showbiz circuit for several years, IWA is a family fun, action packed live show with heavyweight matches, women’s matches, tag teams and daredevils all guaranteed to blow you away.
Body slamming, bone crunching non stop sports entertainment. IWA is dishing out more fun, more action and more excitement than has ever been seen in the 100+ year old Australian pro-wrestling circuit.
Above and beyond the standard live sporting event IWA Pro Wrestling adds elements of theatre, music and comedy all of which helps to make IWA shows such a stand-out, IWA's live shows are action packed with wrestling moves and the characters, plots and storylines and are exceedingly entertaining.
To date the IWA team have held over 350 pro wrestling shows in RSL Clubs, Rural Shows, Universities, Shopping Malls, Churches and other community venues across the country.
The crowds range from 200–1000 per show and up to 120,000+ people per week at events like the Sydney, Melbourne & Canberra Royal Easter Shows and Wonderland Theme Park. The IWA have also toured their show overseas successfully in Tahiti and New Caledonia.
