Interests
General
This has to change but right now I am ridiculously inactive but I really love riding my bike, taking walks in beautiful places. I love early American architecture so I think it's a great idea to think of a town that is really pretty and pack up the bikes and head over there for a bike ride. Lots of fun with new scenery! I love to swim, but don't do it as much as I really want to. Though I'm not that great at it *yet* I like volleyball and like going on nature walks.
Music
Oh, I love music...all kinds. I think I like at least a little bit of every kind of music except death metal and hardcore cop-killer rap. (Juss keepin' it real, ya'll) lol
Movies
Instead of naming actual titles, I'm just gonna shout that I LOVE DRIVE-IN MOVIES! I like movies that make you think and feel deeply but I usually avoid violent movies.
Television

Books
Haven't read an actual book in ages, but online I look for nutrition and health information. Learning about food as medicine (and vice versa) and how amazing our body and its functions are blows me away. If everyone really knew what is in our foods and the damage it truly does to our cells, I'm convinced we'd label most of the usual things people eat regularly as toxic and not even consider it food at all. (It really isn't) But DANG! It tastes so good! ARGH!

About me:
Hi :) I am a real woman with real curves who is working to set some new goals for herself. Over the next two years my goals include getting stronger and more fit. I am setting out to lose one hundred pounds, lower my cholesterol by at least 113 points, and lower my triclycerides by approximately 150 points. It's true I have no real idea how difficult this will be since I have never actually known what my bloodwork results have been at any point in my life. As an almost 38 year old mother, daughter, and friend, I am beginning my journey today, towards reaching age 40 with less weight and a lower risk of heart disease and premature death.
