International YOU shall be no exeption.
So in the spirit of allowing YOU to grow and flourish, an Appreciative Inquiry Summit, titled Dreaming Together: Co-Creating Our Future, is being hosted at Unity Village July 13th-18th. Anyone who is invested in IYOU is welcome to attend, including past and present:

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a process that allows people from all parts of an organization to come together and actively contribute to the whole group’s understanding, progress, and growth.
Our intention for this event is:
While honoring the rich traditions of IYOU, participants will join together to create a new vision for IYOU including a clear purpose and effective structure. This clear vision will lead to transformative experiences that align with the needs of youth of the 21st Century and the spiritual principles of Unity.
Will this be like Conference/Peace by Piece events?
No, this event will not be like IYOU Conference or Peace by Piece. Although making connections with other YOUers and experiencing spiritual growth is likely, the main purpose of the Summit is to share ideas and work to create the future of IYOU. This event will be facilitated by an experienced Appreciative Inquiry facilitator and a youth facilitator instead of international officers. The activities will not last all day, and we will not all be lodging in one facility.
Why is it important for me to attend?
People will support what they help create. You will help create an IYOU that you’ll be able to support and one that will be supported by future generations of YOUers. This is a unique opportunity to serve your fellow YOUers and those that will experience IYOU in the future. During this time of IYOU’s transformation, your ideas and input are extremely important. You deserve to have your voice heard. You have unique and inspiring ideas about IYOU and its potential, and only you can bring those ideas to the Summit. A large number of people will ensure our ability to dream big, realize all possibilities, and design an effective new structure.
