Just me on my piano and guitar,but with a little help from dad, Guy and Kev at times, when i need percussion, banjo, mandolin or additional guitar.i am also getting into the recorder and penny whistle more and more.
Influences
All the artists in my 'top friends'.I love festivals because you get to hear new artists all the time,really talented people who just get on quietly 'living for their music 'like Martha tilston and king creosote etc.Really starting to appreciate old folk songs too.
I have been writing songs for the past 3 or 4 years now, infact ever since going to the 'green man ' fest , and being inspired.
i play piano and have a great teacher ( Ian King).
My dad helps me along on the guitar, bless him.
I am hopefully going to take A level music and music tech at college, and then see what happens. my songs are 'home recorded , in our music shed.So a little 'raw' sounding and some 3 years old.
I am enjoying going to local folk/acoustic nights ( the fleece inn at bretforton and the star at pershore.......stop press!!!!, now its back to the 'Millers Arms, in Pershore !!!)) and listening to great music and meeting people.
i don't have one particular stlye i play, i like folk, ballads , classical , pop.etc.
Just enjoying being creative.

yeah, I'm not sure if the "acid" in "acid folk" refers to the opposite of alkaline or the popular term for LSD, or Craig just likes the sound of it but it sure looks cool in print. Cheers for the friend request - am liking the tunes by the way. I'll probably see around somewhere soon........x
