Internationally recognized, a Kentucky raised and All-American guy dominates both the Nashville karaoke scene and the unsigned music industry of the virtual world-wide-web. Izzy Weaver has made music real, fun, and personal with his soulful counter tenor range and humble personality. Fans reach out to Izzy’s music from over 7 major countries and all fifty states. Reaching a multi-platinum status, unsigned or not, Izzy is determined now more than ever to entertain, inspire, and succeed!
Still in touch with his modest Gospel roots, Izzy began his journey performing by his birth name, Israel with his ministerial singing family, “The Weavers” at the age of ten. Throughout childhood and adolescence, Izzy appeared on a handful of local Kentucky television spots and performed over 350 church venues with his family. He sought a change of pace and joined the popular “Richard Jett Singers,” known for their mix of genre and many visits to the Grand Ole Opry in 1998.
Izzy debuted his solo Christian Covers demo, “Amazing,” in 2003, displaying some college theatre of performing arts vocal training and the motivation he gained from a brief encounter with American Idol’s Second Season auditions in Nashville, Tennessee. Throughout college, Izzy was a regular for national anthems, alma maters, campus concerts and songwriting. He also devoted a lot of time and music to multiple national charity and political events.
In 2006, Izzy officially moved to Nashville from his college town and later followed up with his second demo album, ‘The Covers Collection,” featuring over 22 love ballads from the 1980s. Weaver quickly stole people’s attention and became known as “Nashville’s Prince of Karaoke,” (as stated by the ‘Nashville Celebrity’ Edition Newsletter) winning several competitions and popping up as the occasional wedding singer.
Passionate about his will to give hope through singing, Izzy teamed up with Grammy Award nominated Gospel artist Kenny Bishop in 2008, for a Kentucky charity concert organization known as Abiding Hope Pantries where he rediscovered his love for and roots in Gospel music. Inspired, Izzy immediately began preparations for an Adult-Contemporary, all original album debut combining Gospel, Pop Rock, Soul, Jazz and some Country in the mix.
Twenty years in the making, Izzy plans his album debut, “Then God Made Man,” in January 2010 representing two decades of performance experience, over 1,000 remembered venues, and a high accumulated 300,000 fans ranking his website and music platinum five times! Currently booking, Izzy is still adding to his venue count and collaborating with other great artist sure to join him on the road to success that is bound to make him an international super-star in the making.

As a fan, I’m always impressed with his ability to chose the right song and bring it to life right in front of us. Of course, his unique voice is one we’d all love to possess. That’s what makes Izzy the fantastic performer he is.” – Kenny Bishop, Grammy Nominated Gospel Artist/Dove Award Winner
