Jaakko "Jaska" Heinonen from Lahti was one of the founding members of Chicago Overcoat - band which was in the middle of so called Finnish blues boom in the late 1970's and early 80's. His reputation in Scandinavia and Europe is based on his lead guitar work in J. Leino & Blues Guys. Jaakko Heinonen has got a specially hand-made band which consists his old friend Mr. Kulluvaara from the Blues Guys and tough & experienced rhytmn section from Helsinki. The band performs both Mr. Heinonen's original material (like here on myspace) as well as some covers by bluesmen like Albert and B.B. King. The band released their first album "Can't Complain" by Hila Records in June 2009. The cd is distributed by Edel.
