Between two husbands (ohhhh, scandalous!) I've been married to the military for almost 13 years. Don't assume this to mean that I support the war, the president or the government for that matter. It's far more complicated than a simple "yes, I do" or "no, I don't". However, it goes without saying (but I will of course) that I do support all our men and women in the armed services and know first hand the sacrifices that are made, not only by service members, but also their families. I greatly respect the decision and dedication it takes to sign that dotted line.

Although I don't identify with any political party specifically, I'm more liberal than not ♥ I believe in human rights, animal rights and gay rights (not necessarily in that order) ♥ I believe in religious freedom so long as you're cool with the possibility that I might not believe the same things you do ♥ I believe that deeds are vastly more important than creeds ♥ I believe in basic human decency ♥ I believe in karma ♥ And I definitely believe in the power of a full moon.

Despite the occasional obnoxious bright hair colors, tattoos, piercings or any rumors of my being president of some underground married womans secret lesbian gang (earn your star tattoo today!), I live a pretty vanilla life taking care of my home and family and for reasons still unclear to me, I'm actually damn good at it.
