Based in Austin, Texas, Abby has been traveling to fairs and concert venues with Istanpitta Early Music Ensemble as a lead and harmonizing vocalist, percussionist on frame drums and tabor, and an energetic and audience interacting storyteller since March 2004. Abby has been a member of Texas Early Music Project since 2005. Around town, Abby can be found delivering singing telegrams to unsuspecting victims.

In February 2006 Abby began learning the Irish language with the Gaelic League of Austin and with teachers abroad and all over the US via modern technology. Her solo act can be heard at small venues wherever she goes. She can be regularly heard at the local Song Session and the Irish Session in Cedar Park allows Abby to squeeze in a song or two between jigs and reels.
