Jacinta Whitcome is an Americana Roots musician and writer from Western New York. She has been performing since she was 8 though that was in ballet which her mother taught and a far cry from her true love of music. She performed as an actor as well and finally settle on music as her 'expression' as the artists around her liked to call it, when she was around 14 or so. She went directly to songwriting and composition from there. Though there have been moments of stasis since that time, she has remained duly fixed on songwriting and the performance of songs (her own as well as others) as a way of carrying forward a ,sort of, emotional history. She currently resides in Oslo, Norway with her fiance and is attending school.
