   About Jack Cheshire

indy music awards Nominated Artist

Jack Cheshire would like it to be known he is watching you right now through the eye of your phone. You will receive a special prize if you walk backwards, wrapped up in the vacuum. Jack Cheshire will appear in person, through the magical powers of the cyber-web, if you close your eyes. He passes on his love, via this keyboard, through to your keyboard, and hopes it is returned. SALUTE.

"...hugely beguiling. A talent in urgent need of discovery."****
- The Sunday Telegraph

“He has an ability to take a common scenario and make it sound almost otherworldly...Allow It To Come On works a slow charm over you that's well worth the wait...simply lie back and take the title literally.”
- Gigwise.com

"...these aren't just performances, they're exorcisms. And, looking round the crowd, it's easy to believe they've finally found there place."

"It's only once in a while that as a lowly reviewer, you recieve a record that could be of real significance. This is one of those rare finds."
- godisinthetvzine.co.uk

"...a truly lovely album...the perfect companion for a wandering mind."
- New-Noise.net

"This is thinking person's pop, well worth spending some time on."
- Seatwave.com

"Brilliant. A new talent on the horizon."
- Gerald Van Waes, Radio Centraal, Antwerp

"Slurry voiced, artnik, acoustic bod, very somnambulant, slippery, stoned sounding, dark stuff somewhere between Arthur Lee and Nick Drake via The Velvet Underground and Beck….”
- Bugbear Promotions, London

"He bashes out his melancholy songs with such conviction that he's a joy to watch...he may be somewhat unhinged. In a good way."
- mylondonyourlondon.com

Hiya!
How's it going? In a world where everything has a price and we're all counting our pennies, music has become priceless. As a way of thanks to our loyal fans, we will be giving away free downloads every month to our mailing list members.

The first song is the gentle and intimate, 'Do You Think It's OK?' Sign up now to get your free download. Once you have signed up, you will automatically receive links to new exclusives as soon as they are available.

Go to www.kyoshiworld.com/freedownloads or our myspace page to get your free songs.

Hope all is well- let us know what u reckon to the track,
Love and peace,
Kyoshi

..
..I belief in
artgeneering...

the artist is only a medium, connected to the spirits around him-

translating vibes into symbolic shapes to reinitialize the ancient way
of using language...

the way of light and color...

without the disguise of words, right through the passage of our eyes...

to reach hearts and souls without taking the intelectual loop way...

natural formulas in an unnatural world...pure and uncensored...

awakening the visiual awareness, the centre of our inner universe...

to let it shine in the way it has allways been before these annoying
times,

that keep us away from our natural mission...

to stay connected with our great mother earth and her deep spirit of
freedom and peace...

we have to regain our nearly lost nativeness,

to stop this wheel of opression and iniquity that haunts our world and
our hearts...it's time for the rainbow warriors :-)
