It is very bittersweet for me that the Broncos hired McDaniels. Not only do I think he will be a great coach, but I also think he will be a coach that players love to play for. I was hoping he'd stay until Belichick retired and then took over. He's not arrogant like the other Belichick assistants (Weis and Mangini).
