Anything of quality that's funny, inspirational, environmental, insightful/educational, involves super-heroes and/or has a happy ending (that goes for the scary movies, too; so, I'm the Mayor of Dorkville). Here's just a SMATTERING: Back to the Future (well, just about anything Zemeckis or Spielberg), 11th Hour, Inconvenient Truth, Forrest Gump (yep, that's Z again!), Gorillas in the Mist, Shawshank Redemption, Sicko (& I'm 1 of Moore's critics!), Ace Ventura (1 & 2), Bowfinger, Liar, Liar, Raising Arizona, Bruce Almighty, Vanilla Sky (still wanna check out the orig Spanish version!), Legally Blonde, Jurassic Park (I'm currently aggravated with the book's author though!), Jaws (sooo classic!), Stand By Me, Lost Boys, The Secret (simply: what you think about expands; think about it ;), just about anything James Cameron including, but not limited to: The 1st 2 Terminators, Aliens, Titanic (I know, but it IS a great film! OK, + I'm a frickin' sap), Spiderman trilogy (I think I dig Sam Raimi's other stuff as well), LOTR (esp Fellowship of the Ring; also pretty much anything else by Peter Jackson!), Walk the Line, and many, mannnnny more... I'm a movie freak!!! : )

About me: *** Please be patient on those friend requests... Originally from NJ; still pretty new to LA. I'm an Impressionist/"ECO-medienne" (Environmental Stand-up Comedienne)/Actor/Writer and more. I have been an avid environmentalist and involved with similar causes since I was 13 years old. I created non-profit organization MCANC (Morris County Animal & Nature Council) to help protect local nature as well as responsibly & compassionately manage homeless animals in Morris County, NJ (www.environment.meetup.com/219/). I'm the Sierra Club Young Sierrans Executive Committee's National Rep (CA) (http://newjersey.sierraclub.org/YoungSierrans/) and busy with a few other groups. I was recently honored to be asked to join Green Wave Enterprise’s (another non-profit) Board Advisory Council.
In terms of comedy, I did SOLELY IMPRESSIONS in NYC (& for 2 mos. in UK & & Ireland) for 2 years (including 2 years of Improv & Sketch Comedy with groups Nat Turner Revue's Los Banditos Chocolates & Undiscovered Treasure), then 2 years of Animal Rescue/Eco-work (created MCANC) in NJ, then moved to LA, dropped the impressions completely to work other aspects of my life into my act, including the humanitarian stuff. Now, I am doing BOTH the impressions AND the personal stuff. Jim Carrey did something similar in his career. I have been doing impressions (vocal, singing, and physically) since I was a kid. Anyway, for more info on me, you can check out my below slide show, photo albums, or blog! Below photos by Steve Prezant, Eric Heiser, Richard Grasso, and George Olsson. CARING for our planet is NOT CONTROVERSIAL, it's COMMON SENSE. Hope your day rocks! Jackie

Who I'd like to meet: Positive people who are fun, caring, open-minded, supportive, non-judgemental, genuine, and are into that whole friendship thing, or even that whole on-good-terms-acquaintancy thing... or maybe more than friends... OK, like, not in a whore way; not that there's anything wrong with that... uh... er... sigh... OK, like, just don't be scum.
BY THE WAY, PLEASE CLICK ON THE ABOVE BANNER TO HELP SAVE THE SEALS AND BOYCOTT ALL OF CANADA'S PRODUCTS. CLUBBING BABY SEALS (IN 2009, NO LESS?!) IS HORRIBLE AND SICK BEYOND ANY REASONING!!! PLEASE TAKE ACTION!!!
