I grew up steeped in music and art, supported by a very open-minded and creative family. Music has always been a passion for me whether performing, teaching or studying. I sang in several choirs and studied piano from a young age through to university where I studied classical singing.
Songwriting is a recent venture for me and the complete creativity involved in the process from the song's conception to performance is extremely rewarding. Inspiration comes in waves and is heavily influenced by scripture.
It's a toss-up, but I'd have to say that my most memorable performance experience to date would have to be my high school production of Camelot where my brother and I played the leads King Arthur and Queen Guenevere, flolicking about in tights. Love you Pat! hahha...
