Born in early 2006, Jackie Treehorn play heavy rock music. Taking influences from 70's progressive rock, stoner and post-rock amongst many others and creating music, in song format, that sounds similar to, yet different from these influences. Heavy, loud and atmospheric, riff laden prog rock noise.
Currently in the process of mixing a new CD of songs recorded over the last 6 months at various locations. The collection of six tracks were written over the last 2 years or so and have been popular in the live set when played really, really loud. The release will be available in a limited run with hand made packaging and artwork by Daniella Wood. We will also have a very limited run of posters screen printed with the cover design available at gigs. The CD is set for release before the end of the year and will be available on the web, at selected independent music retailers and at gigs. More information to follow shortly.
