4 ladies' exploration of friendship, sound, and poetry through the forms of musical and experimental performance. Concocted within hours of love and writing, mixed in the hands of improvised whimsy; we combine our voices with the delight of making the mundane into the musical.
We are together trained and untrained in musicianship, though this is part of the point: to illustrate that music is in everything and everyone, and that it is a matter of expressing it. and we play with the
guitar, found objects , bells, and bowls, the saw, glockenspiel, insects, washboard,
pianoforte, melodica, flute, wind chimes, assortment of drums, audience participation, toys and whistles, concertina, tapes and recorded samples, shadows, wine glasses, bones typewriter(s)
projections, cards, flowers, slides, smoke , needles and thread, POETRY, lace and costume,
teacups, wooden boats , candles stonefruit, spit, and the offering and blessings of the present moment.
