I've often been described as being "multi-faceted". As a Gemini, I have both a good twin and a bad twin personality - but try to be good as much as possible! I've lived in many places across the US (was born and raised in Geauga County, OH), and probably should write a book about all the cool people I've met. I'm a summa cum laude graduate of Colorado State University (1986), with an educational background in both psychology and plant science. I worked briefly for the US Department of Agriculture and assisted in the development of a specialized plant breeding technology while at Colorado State. My research leader on that project is now one of the top scientists for the NASA Space Shuttle - see what I mean about cool friends! I also worked for the Boy Scouts of America for nearly 17 years - and decided to "retire" early in 2003 (BSA pension doesn't begin until 2026 however). I like to travel and hike challenging trails (state highpoints are a favorite destination) - gave up rock climbing and mountaineering some years ago (gravity and a weakness for cookies are a dangerous combination), but still enjoy reading about these outdoor sports. I try to fill my life with new experiences and look at each new day with a positive outlook. I own my own home (paid off that pesky mortgage in 2005) - now I'm saving for that remote pacific island (Fiji?) that I've had my eye on! I'm still looking for the "love of my life" - at this point, no reasonable offer will be refused! Ha! Cheers to one and all!
Who I'd like to meet: Hugh Hefner, Anna Kournikova, Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, Michael Caine, Sean Connery.
Hey Jack! How's it going? Tom and I went to an altrasound tech today. Had to drink a LOT of water! She measured the baby and looked for defects. She told us the spinal cord is fully closed(So we don't have to worry about spinal bifae), baby's brain is a normal size (that was a concern for me), baby measures more or less 12 inches long (eight inches for head to rump) and wieghs one pound one ounce! It was a really exciting morning!

Hi Jack! How are you doing? I've been doing fine. I went to my 2nd doctor's visit yesterday. Everything looks really good. I'm 19 weeks along now and feeling great!
How's Roller Derby this season? I haven't been roller skating since I found out I was expecting. I have been walking a lot though. I've been one of those women who have not gain weight.
