A long while back i got hold of a copy of Cakewalk Homestudio and i experimented with it, recording easy (and pretty bad) cover versions on it using my variety of instrumental skills and produced two cds worth of them.
I first started writing songs for Irreverence aside from my bands (see The Falling Ashes and I Believe U Have My Stapler) after hearing Machinehead's "Through The Ashes of Empires" and Opeth's "Blackwater Park". The first song i wrote was my 6:40 "Destroy Her" and since then i have recorded many differing songs, which i like to think of as a style of its own, with much originality and expansion, changing as my influences became more interesting and radical. I now have two 55min albums called "Irreverence" and "The Glass Wall". Priced at £5, contact me if u wish to purchase one, either by word of mouth, here on myspace on via email - martin_jackson@ntlworld.com
Keep it up! Also, how's uni going? And i'm not sure if it's your kind of thing, but heard of the David Rees-Williams trio...just GoHO reminded me of them...they're like classical compositions revisited and jazz styled, brilliant musicianship etc...

If you're not arround then we wont bother, but if you are then cool!
