About Jack Straight

Although they have just collectively celebrated their 18th birthday, young Winnipeg blues/rock band Jack Straight has been going on strong since 2005.

Despite their young age, the trio has been featured on radio stations throughout their hometown and have shared the stage with several national touring acts including Suzie McNeil and the Ripperz. Their self-produced debut, a seven song EP titled Coming Alive recorded with Howard Klopak (the Guess Who, Streetheart, Harlequin), was released independently in March 2009.
