Influences
All good music from all genres, but in particular Jack Johnson, Chillis, Muse, Maroon 5, Toploader, Razorlight, Paolo Nuttini, Elton John (you can't beat a good piano tune), Pink Floyd, Led Zep, The Eagles and of course dad, grandad and poppa!
Hey i’m jack and i was born in North devon, 1990. Music goes way back in my family with musicians all over my dads side and singers on my mums rooting me toward the folk/acoustic/bluegrass side of music but essentially i’m still a normal teenager who pretty much likes most of what you throw at him.
My main aim for the moment is to get an album done for sometime round next summer but if i knuckle down im sure i’ll manage to make it sooner than that.
My inspiration comes from artists such as Maroon 5, Jack Johnson, Muse and a wide variety of other bands. Basically if i like a song then thats where i get my inspiration from.
I have a duo act with my dear bro the bass guitarist and we do gigs in local pubs and private parties for a more laid back atmosphere with covers and origional numbers.
"Jack is a great prospect for British acoustic music in the future"
R.M.T.
I play blue moon, fender, levin, aria and
FAITH guitars. I have just taken possession of the most beautiful Faith Guitar. It is an electro acoustic high gloss FV Venus Eclipse and sounds superb. I can’t wait to start gigging with it as it’s improved my live guitar sound 100%
i have a demo for those of you who’d like more of a taste recorded in Westborough Studios, Devon.
For bookings including parties, functions, pubs etc... you can contact jack.woodward@hotmail.co.uk

If you have looked at our website recently you will have seen the announcement that Mojo Studios is to close some time in 2009 due to the premises being redeveloped.
However, until that day arrives (which is subject to the usual legal stuff) we are operating as usual with just one change...
The rate has been slashed to just £100 per day!
...and the residential rate is now £150 per day!
So if you are thinking of recording a new demo, EP or album then now is the perfect opportunity to get the best production at rock bottom prices.
You can email us for details at info@mojostudios.co.uk or call us on 07813 600363.
Hey Jack, We can't wait to see you perform at Combefest on 20th September near Newton Abbot. Tickets are going, so fans get yours soon from www. myspace. com/combefest or The Wild Goose, Combeinteignhead or The Coffee Rush, Shaldon xxx

Coombeshead Studios are now looking to take on summer 2008 recording slots. If you are in a band and need a professional recording, we offer sessions at just £12.50 an hour on weekdays and £20 an hour on evenings (after 6pm) and weekends. All this paid time can be spent recording - mixing and editing can be done afterwards at no extra charge. If you wish to arrange a session, please message us and we will give you a list of available dates. Check out our top friends for examples of the recording quality, and the ’music’ section to see who we have worked with!
We also offer CD duplication at between 75p and £1.50 per CD for most requirements. This gets you a case, a print directly onto the CD face (no stickers!) and inlays. Contact us with your requirements for a quote. Recordings do not have to be made at Coombeshead to qualify for this offer - if you already have recordings let us know and we can provide duplication for you!

We would like to thank all the bands who supported Coombeshead Studios during 2007. It was our busiest year ever at just short of 100 bands, and allowed us to spend several thousand pounds on some major upgrades, launching us from a low budget studio to a fully professional setup. We continue to offer our low budget prices but offer a greater flexibility of control and greatly improved quality!
