| About Jacqueline Bartlett |
|
Jacqueline Bartlett is a singer/songwriter from Rhode Island. She plays original folk music with either a traditional or alternative sound. Jacqueline plays acoustic guitar and mountain dulcimer. Her subject matter mostly embraces relationships. The poetic & symbolic style of her music evokes, to the listener, a similar sense of life's journey.
Jacqueline, mainly a soloist, also collaborates with violinist Shayna Gonsalves. With Shayna's dynamic improv, high energy, and yet sensitive style, even more dimension is added to Jacqueline's original music.
Jacqueline's first CD project with violinist Shayna Gonsalves playing on a couple of songs debuted in December, 2007. This eight song CD entitled 'Southern Trail' is available at gigs and at cdbaby.com.
Jacqueline is a member of RISA - Rhode Island Songwriters Association.
