Vegas baby! I'm pretty jealous I've got to say. Is it as good there as I imagine? People don't actually go to the lectures at conferences do they?
The gig was ok thanks, I think. Having taken quite so long about making the album I'm now being stupid about releasing it. I reckon it'll come out in about April next year...
I hope so one day!! Its a cool place..any tips on where to play or who to ask that doesn't invole bringing 12 people to get the gig!!! I can pass you on some London venues! Right back to my holiday in snowy denmark!

The gig was good, what I can remember of it. These Eyes Are Cameras were ace. The album is really annoying me - people who've heard it say it sounds good, but I can hear how it should sound. It's not too far away, but nobody seems to be able to quite get it right. I'm off to Canada in the morning to do some gigs, so I've made a "limited edition" CDR of how it is at the moment, but that won't be available over here, and I stupidly burned about 20 of them with 2 of the tracks in the wrong order. They look quite nice though. You got anything coming up? I remember that part of the PhD. For me it started about 3 months in.
Hey Jacqui, how's it going? Finished your PhD yet? I'm doing some better-late-than-never-but-only-just myspace promotion for a gig I'm doing at the Portland tomorrow, if you're about. Should be good - Sunday Driver are playing and These Eyes Are Cameras, who are an ace band from Manchester.
hi jacqui, sure you are in my top list i am still a fan of your music! we are still recording.. actually only the german part of the band since dan is back in cape town. this is why we don't perform live.. somebody would have to take a long flight first.. keep it up - waiting for your new stuff Marion
