Jade Freedom are an attempt to return to the basics of electronica, by simply making music with nothing but synths. None of the over-the-top fancy trickery that some bands/groups use, or cheap cross-over bands/groups who are simply rock bands with a synth added.
Sure, the production is not great so far, I am currently working as a solo artist, with no money, so the software I can use is limited. But as I always say, it is not what sounds you have, it is what you do with them that counts. Plus we really need a singer.
I have tried using as many influences as possible in the recording of my first album December Mute, from The Human League to Goldfrapp to Taxi-Girl, and ended up sounding like none of them whatsoever.
