About me:

Well... What about me... hmmm...I like to take walks in the redwoods, I like relaxing in the hot tub while listening to the sounds of the birds and the wind, especially at night when the moonlight shines through the trees and the shadows sway on the ground. I love playing around with photo shop and creating beautiful or silly things… Here is a example: WARNING...THE FOLLOWING REALLY DOESN'T MAKE MUCH SINCE... More stuff I love (cont): I love using lighting and color/texture to decorate the house or yard (Especially during the holidays)...I love gourmet cooking, especially trying new recipes with friends. I love the creative goofiness of performing karaoke with my friends (especially the theatrical aspects). I love making videos or DVDs that mean something to someone. I love going to concerts (especially if they are outdoors). I love fishing barefoot on the side of a lake on a sunny day (especially if I am with my mom). I love beautiful restaurants with fine dining and great views. I love rustic hokey places where people greet you at the door and when they say, "How are you?", they mean it. I love staying in a fine hotel or in a two person tent where you have to cuddle to stay warm. I love dancing with my sweetheart or with friends. I love our marine fish tank, (or snorkling in the ocean) the way it looks like a shimmering, magical floating world. I love writing poems or songs and playing my guitar (alone or with friends) especially if it's in front of a fire. I enjoy writing. My current projects are: The Tao and the Body, and The Tao Te of Chinese Medicine. --- --- or the hosting of a fun party or planning (or even just thinking about) a trip and then throwing half the plans away(or more). I love the beautiful office (which looks like a home) that I spend many days in and so much enjoy my job of working with people in a supportive environment. I enjoy deep and heavy conversations and at the same time I value the importance of silliness. I especially love laughing with good friends about nothing in particular. I value the silly, the mundane, the everyday experiences that on the outside seem so unimportant but yet have importance in everything. I like to push myself beyond what I think I can do if the purpose is something that I find useful or helpful to myself and/or the community. I usually appreciate these challenges even if it is uncomfortable because I know it will help me to grow. I love saying goodnight to my boy, giving him a hug and kissing him on the forehead at the end of the day...------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Michael--- === I love my sweetheart Michael. I love the way he is so easy going and appreciates the finer things. He appreciates a candle lit dinner. Simple walks through town holding hands. Looking over in the car at each other and smiling for no reason. He notices the subtleties of my expressions. He plays with me so easily and carefree. He is sensual and attentive. He makes me feel so valued and accepted. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Nephew Nathaneal---- ---I love my Nephew (who is more like a son since he will be spending the rest of his life with us). He is so thoughtful and sensitive yet at the same time is amazingly courageous and assertive. He is a person that chose to live with us and us with him. Each night we pray together and we give thanks that we are in each other’s lives. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Angela---- My wonderful friend, Angela------ What can I say? She has been there for me through every happiness and hardship since we met. And I have had the honor of also being there for her. We both are so grateful for our friendship and feel more like sisters than just friends.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My brother, Shade He and I have been out of communication for sometime now. But due to some very positive changes of direction, we are now finding our old selves returning to our sacred but forgotten friendship and our new selves discovering the beauty of who we are becoming.
