Well, it has happened. We probably should have written this a while ago, but for those of you didn't already know, we have decided to call it a day as a fully functioning band. A hard thing to do, but for the best we believe. But what happens in the future remains to be seen. Is Jade Fox dead or is it just sleeping? All will be revealed... or will it? Do you really care? In the mean time, thanks to anyone who has supported us in any way over the years and to all the Foxes and Foxettes out there. You know who you are.
For those of you who are interested to know what else we're doing Dave and I have a new band called The Invisible with our friend Leo Taylor. We have recorded an album with the great Matthew Herbert which is due out on his label Accidental in September. Check out our myspace page for gigging information and other news.
Skinner has been busy working on the new Elmore Judd album Insect Funk, in both a writing and playing capacity. It's due out in the summer. I've heard most of it and it's brilliant.
Nick has been touring with the Cinematic Orchestra and also organising and writing for the F-IRE Collective big band. If you haven't heard his own band Clown Revisited then you can discover their unique and amazing music on their album Flashes of a Normal World.
I am also playing on the new Polar Bear album which will be out some time this year.
That's all for now. Tom

The Chap http://www.myspace.com/thechap “Like Underworld if they’d decided to be a lo-fi rock and roll combo instead of a stadium-selling dance act. Stunning, it’s ridiculous, but in a great way.” Vice Mag
The Guillotines http://www.myspace.com/headswillrockandroll “Snarling spunk-punkers The Guillotines come across like Gallows meeting the Rat Pack, with a flame-haired Lauren Bacall wielding a bass, outside a Brighton S&M shop psyching themselves up to buy leather gimp masks. Wanton sax appeal, voodoo rock'n'roll magnetism and growling dirty lounge” NME
Creepy Morons http://www.myspace.com/thecreepymorons “The thunderous blues crunch of The Creepy Morons first materialised in 2005 having risen from the ashes of Hot Tradition and The Beatings. I know its rubbish when I merely regurgitate information from a myspace, but when a band describes its influences as ‘Women, Drinking and Death’, and their sound as ‘Drunken monkeys assembling an Ikea butchers block’, I’d be daft not to.” Jon Hillcock, XFM
DJ: Dirty Omar http://www.myspace.com/dirtyomar
