Sounds Like
Most all of my poems are narratives and autobiographical. I like to say that I write poetry that is easy to get into and entertaining on the surface level, as well as, on deeper levels. That's kind of my goal. I want to expand my audience to non-poetry readers. My poems are stories and illuminations that have impacted my life profoundly, and hopefully they can do the same for you.
I'm a Poet. For many years, I've lived in Philadelphia. I received my degree in Creative Writing with a concentration in poetry and theatre from the University of Pittsburgh. Now, I live in Los Angeles, and I work as the Resident Poetry Consultant of Skylight Books.
