I'm actually 19 - or at least think I am...

I LOVE to run and push myself hard in everything I do. After all, life's short and rumor has it there's nothing more expensive than regret.

Jadi Hastiin (pronounced Ye-da Ho-steen) is my gifted Navajo name and one I am very honored by because I earned it through my running. It means "Antelope Man".

That said, I am of Cherokee and Lumbee heritage - and the rest is just all messed up (ha! ha!) - and growing up in rural East Texas I had a horse before I had a bike...and I had my legs before I had a horse...and I continue to let my legs and dreams take me - wherever!

Ouch. Plantar Fascia? You probably know this but you can use a tennis ball...stand on it with the bum foot and roll it back and forth the length of the arch to massage the tendon...or a golf ball for a deeper massage. Good luck and heal fast.
(ps - it's depressing that your "injured" week is better mileage than my healthy week!)
