Her music career began with the group Planet Groove, where she was the lead singer for four years. Today she is mostly reviving her independent singing career and continuing her education.
At the Slovenian festival "SANSON 2001" she won first place in the category for best music. In 2002 she took part in the Eurovision pop song competition, EUROSONG 2002, in Estonia, as a background vocalist. The same year she participated in SLOVENIAN POPSONG 2002, where she won first prize from the professional commission.
She passed her entrance exams for the JAZZINSTITUT KUNSTUNIVERSITAT GRAZ in Austria in 2002, as one of three students selected to study jazz singing. The very well known American singer and instructor Jay Clayton was one of the members of the admissions committee, and had a decisive say as to who would be accepted.
Her studies continued from there under the leadership of professors Laurie Antonioli (jazz singing), Fran Lubahn (classical singing), and Nada Zgur (jazz singing). On top of that, she has furthered her education with Professor Lela Radovan, who has been her mentor since 1999.
She alsow has worked with teachers such as Dave Stroud, a multi talented musician, songwriter, composer, arranger, vocal coach Dean Kaelin, Jay Clayton, New York Voices, Ines Reiger, Caspar de Jonge, Jerry Bergonzi, Patti Austin, Jon Hendricks, Dena DeRose, Judy Niemack, Barry Harris, Reggie Workman workshop...
In june 2007 she graduated with the Bachelor of Music.
