General
Travel (if I have the money/time to spare...I'm off), Books, adventure type outings--skydiving,roller coasters, white water rafting (I suck at most athletic endeavors but at least I'll try!), hanging out w/friends,I looove to cook, love to eat. love love love to dance
Music
I love almost anything (country,not so much). Music can change my mood completely. I'm one of those people who doesn't always know who they're listening to but I know what I like and I'm especially into anything that makes me feel good or energized. Make me dance...
Movies
I like anything from Disney to indie films to mobster movies to action to etc etc. Some favs are The Godfather, Paulie(kid movie),Amelie,Fight Club,Beauty and the Beast, Office Space,goodfellas,Como Agua Para Chocolate,Clay Pigeons,Bottle Rocket,Rushmore and on and on. agghhhh there are just so many. My current favorite(and it's holding strong) is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
Television
Hmmm, I love The Office,How I Met Your Mother,So You Think You Can Dance?,Planet Earth series and I am in love with Heroes! Plus a few others.Very embarassing, but you know Bob Ross the hippie painter on PBS? I love watching that! He died years ago but there's something about that voice and his happy little clouds! I really really like cooking shows. National Geographic channel,Learning channel. I like watching documentaries, I especially like ones about social/medical issues and animals and if I didn't proclaim my dork factor before...I love MSNBC and the Suze Orman Show.
Family Guy-LOVE it!
I watch entirely too much television.
Books
Wow, this could take a long time so I will keep it short.(I'll try) I will read almost anything. It is definitely a pleasure not a chore. Two of my favorites are "Love in the Time of Cholera" and "100yrs of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez-such well crafted books. "White Oleander" is beautiful,very touching. "Crime and Punishment" is a classic. "Their Eyes were Watching God" is awesome and I adore the Harry Potter series. "Blink", "Middlesex","Interpreter of Maladies" are recent additions to my list of loves.I really like thriller/suspense/crime themes, love the FBI/criminology theme-it's the Anthropologist in me. I love cookbooks, I'll go through them even when I'm not cooking. Short story collections are another favorite(Carver).I could go on and on but I won't. Basically, my best friend Evie says I'm a dork in disguise (Kelly says it's not a good disguise) I own hundreds of books and would have more if I had the space to keep every one I've read. If I could write, I would write a children's book.

There are a gajillion different sides to my personality and they sometimes confuse me but I love em and I refuse to take medication. I’d like to just lay in a hammock all day in the shade on a beautiful beach reading books and drinking mojito's but I’d also like to make a difference in this world and be challenged and irrevocably changed so for now I am trying to figure out how to make that happen and oh yeah....I'm cool. :) I find the results of this quiz to be very disconcerting...
