This incarnation of Jago Stone has split up. Barry and Dale are off forming a new band, I'm writing/recording new music and will be a Dad very soon, Andy is looking for a new band and is also helping me out with my new/rewritten tunes. It's been a busy year and a half, thanks to Barry and Dale for the laughs, it was great!
Our friend Dan filmed a promo in the studio, it's bloody excellent, here it is...enjoy!
Jago Stone were formed in March 2007 by Darren Clarke. Wanting to create a stripped back blues, rock, punk sound, he recruited Barry Neale on vocals and Dalliant Murdoch on drums. After gigging for 9 months as a raw sounding 3 piece, Andy Brennan joined on bass.
The sound is Proto Punk, echoing bands such as, The Stooges, The Doors, Kings of Leon, The White Stripes, The Strokes, The Ramones and MC5, a punk sound circa 1969.
We have just added new music, recorded on 31st May/1st June 08 at Gravity Shack Studios in Tooting. Engineered and Produced by Jessica Corcoran (Neds Atomic Dustbin, Maximo Park, All About Eve and Shed 7) and assisted by Dan Goudie. Please have a listen and let us know what you think.

Hi, we wanted to let everyone know that as of October 2008, God Love You For A Liar will be known as The Guilty Hands. This myspace will cease to be active shortly.
If you're getting more into facebook these days (and who can blame you???), go to facebook groups and search for "The Guilty Hands", and you'll get all our gig and release information there.
We're really excited about the new songs we have. If you're excited too, please join us over the other side. If you were a kind of random friend, why not have a quick listen to the songs and clips on the new myspace and see if you get excited about us too. Can't hurt to have a go, can it?
Help us win £15,000 to record an album! Hello Londoner. Cor blimey, in a rather exciting turn of events, GLYFAL have reached the showcase stage on the "Slice The Pie" website - which means we're competing with about 15 other artists (out of a field of 100s) to win money to record an album. And record it well.
All you have to do is sign up to the site and then go to the "all genres 9" showcase and vote. Just type "www. slicethepie. com" into your browser (don't click, myspace thinks it's spam for some inexplicable reason) and it's obvious from there.
If you do you will have our profound gratitude, and we'll produce the album you know we're capable of.
Join us this Sat 20 Sept BRAINWASHED Club with FRANK POPP & NEILS CHILDREN LIVE! at our amazin' new cellar club venue GRAMAPHONE. Resident DJ's Robbie Thunders & Dr Robert + guests play Garage, Freakbeat, Soul, R&B & Rock n Roll! @ Gramaphone, 60-62 Commercial Street, London, EC1 6LT
hello everyone, if you would like to be on our guest list for this event on Friday please email info@productionlondon.com.
