Sounds great! The Olsens are a funny pair, You might actually see both of them if the turn sideways! Soho is a great place! While you're here, there is this great little coffee shop that seems to follow you wherever you go, it called Starbucks. I think it's an old mom and pop shop, but the chai (sp?) tea is a special treat for out-of-towners.
