JAHBEZ, which basically means"out of nothing can come something," has been making tracks for the past four years. He also has been trained and is certified in Sound Engineering. Hailing from Trinidad and Tobago, J has always had an everlasting love for music, dating back to when he was 5 when he was first introduced to to a dj set and music system.
At that time all the way up till he was 18 years, Jahbez was a dj, with his influences being from the sound system eara like Stone Love and Kilamanjaro.But that love all changed with the first album that he ever had bought which was "Reasonable Doubt," by Jay-Z.That album basically changed his life because for the first time in his life someone was rapping about what he had to go through on a daily basis, which had not happened before.
In 2003, with the violent slaying of his best freind, caused Jahbez to quit a life of crime and channel that same ruthless energy that had to be displayed on the streets to survive, into music. Every since that day, Jahbez had basically studied the technices used by the top producers of the time like Dr .Dre, Dj Premer,Swiss Beats, Jus Blaze, not to dupicate their music but to take alittle from each and create his style that is SECOND TO NONE.
Jahbez music ability is extremly versitile, being able to make beats from all part of the United States as well as R&B tracks.He always goes with the mentality that he wantes to get the best out of ever artist that he works with, and helping them to even better their talent and by extension helping to create the most outstanding musical product possible from the two parties involved.
